Core Interaction
Visual Vocabulary (Interactive Media): Visual symbols and their associated meanings change overtime. The eye once represented well-being in ancient Egypt. Now it’s surveillance. The coat hanger is a rallying cry for pro-choice activists and the red in the Covid symbol we’ve all come to know is a warning sign. How effective are the symbols we use? How might we arrange them to communicate our message through metaphor?
